How To Redownload Origin

So, this issue is really beginning to piss me the **** off. Now, I already know Uplay is a complete pile of rubbish. However, I never paid it much mind. Not until today. ALL of my games show that they have updates. When I go to update them, it says the updates are 30+GB in size (the size of the entire game). So, I pressed the button to locate the installed games, and showed Uplay the directory of the already installed games (all of which were there, and were their proper install sizes). It then said it needed to re download 1GB worth of corrupted data for each game. Then, when that finished, and I tried to launch it, it went right back to the 30+GB update for each game. The games are already installed, and are taking up space on my SSD. Is there anything I can do? I'm not waiting a day to play my games while Uplay reinstalls 1000 GB of already installed data for no reason. Partly because I'm impatient, and I know this will happen again. I'd appreciate any support greatly. Cheers!
